Work it! New Activewear at The Shoe Hive

There is something you need to know about Alexandria Wellness founder Adrien Cotton: she cares. She is one of those people who looks you in the eye, and you know she is only thinking about the conversation she is having at that exact moment. That is one of the many reasons she is so wonderful at what she does. She cares about your well-being and health and she is completely committed to helping her clients.

It doesn’t stop when she leaves her appointment with you. Adrien is always checking in with her clients and making sure they are staying on the path. Yes, she wants folks to exercise and move, but Alexandria Wellness is more than that; it is the complete picture. She focuses on you becoming a better version of you through movement, mindfulness, food, and sleep – and this is all based around her helping you manage your schedule.

The other thing you need to know is that if you are her friend or in her family, she is the exact same way. She is “all in.”

I wanted to feature my friend Adrien and some of her amazing clients, who are also my friends: Holly Lass and Julie Bauer. These women are busy working moms with high-pressure jobs. There is no leaving the job at the office for them, especially now that our offices are our homes. Both of these women work with Adrien and I have seen their transformations firsthand. Not only do they look fantastic, but they also have a certain calmness about them that I envy.

I asked them to take time out of their insanely busy schedules to help show some of the great activewear we now stock at The Shoe Hive. Not only is it for the gym, it is excellent for running errands after a workout. I am obsessed with all the Varley items. Their leggings are so comfortable, and the t-shirts are great to throw on after a workout. I can’t thank these ladies enough for showing us how great all the new looks are and being such strong women inside and out!
