Faux Suede
As the crisp fall weather starts to rapidly approach, we are all taking into account what we need to refresh in our wardrobes for the change of season.
While layering for warmth can look very chic, sometimes it can feel restricting and cumbersome. Using soft, warm layers to complete any fall wardrobe makes us think of our yoga pants and favorite fuzzy sweatshirt.
But the cold weather is no excuse to reach for your nubby fleece sweater that is so practical it looks like it instead of “getting dressed.” I admit, many days when I am off duty it takes all my strength to dress for the carpool lane, as Elizabeth from The Hive discussed before!
On these days, I’ve found one of my favorites are the Hale Bob leggings in faux suede. These ultra-soft, nice and cozy warm leggings help polish my outfit, without taking a hit on style points.
Faux suede can also be found in more than leggings and pants. Its soft coziness can actually be found in dresses and tops that are acceptable for everything from social functions to running around town in your boots.
Imagine…sitting in your next meeting, feeling like you’re in your PJs, but looking like you’re ready to own it. Just don’t fall asleep. 😉
