cathy’s look: day at the amusement park

If you have young kids (or if you just love roller coasters), you will likely make it to an amusement park this summer. I’m heading to Disney in August and plan to dress practically while avoiding the theme park/touristy look. Here’s the kind of thing I’ll wear: something sleeveless, light and airy with a relaxed fit on top to keep me cool, shorts that will allow me to get on and off rides without worrying about flashing anybody in my summer dress, Superga sneakers with a little sparkle that are comfy but show my style, I’ll keep jewelry minimal with something like this easy pendant necklace and, of course, a hat and sunglasses for sun protection.
