cathy’s look: accessorizing on the boat
This week, I’m enjoying some relaxing family time in Austin, my home town. The weather has been perfect for some boat time on the lake. Once I’ve thrown on a great swimsuit and cover up, the right accessories finish off my boat look. I enjoy being stylish but it’s important to stay practical so I can jump in the lake to cool off at a moment’s notice. A hat to keep me cool, easy on and off flip flops and a bag for all my essentials are obviously necessary. I don’t want jewelry that I have to worry about when I go for a swim but a pair of statement studs and a ring will add some style without getting in the way. I don’t wear make up on the boat but a waterproof lip color will keep me looking great for photos and I love a good spray on sunscreen for easy application.
