how to wear peplum
Joan: I recently purchased a peplum top, but haven’t worn it yet. I just can’t figure out how to wear it. What do you recommend?
Sarah, Kiskadee: Peplum can be difficult, and not all peplum tops hit in the same spots. So don’t cross it off your list if you’ve tried it before and it hasn’t worked. It can be very flattering on both curvy and more boyish body types. I suggest you pair it with a straighter bottom such as a skinny jean or pencil skirt. I especially love it when paired with bottoms of the same color or contrasting. For example a white peplum top with a white pair of jeans or a white peplum top with a dark wash denim!
