product love: the makeup eraser
I’m in love. Not with a boy, with this makeup cloth (don’t tell my boyfriend he’s been usurped by cosmetics removal). Call me weird, but once you try it you’ll understand. It’s a pink polyester cloth, about double the size of a standard washcloth, and it is magical.
They recommend you wash it before the first use, tumble dry low, then go to town. (Wash as needed after the first time. I find that once a week is a-OK.) Wet the cloth–don’t bother wringing it out, just use it straightaway after wetting, moving in circular motions to swipe away all your makeup. It really is as simple as that. It takes away everything from your foundation to waterproof mascara. There’s a short-tuft side for removal, and a long-tuft side for exfoliation, but I’ve found that on my own face, I prefer the longer side for removal.
This thing is amazing. I almost hope my sisters aren’t reading this, because now they know what they’re all getting for Christmas….
