Gabi: I see a lot of different styles of boyfriend jeans. Some are shorter in length than others and all of them appear to be cuffed. What is the ideal length for a shorter person who wants to wear boyfriend jeans?

Sarah, Kiskadee: The answer is… there is no right answer. Boyfriend jeans are Darby’s favorite. In fact, they are all she wears! We were just discussing this dilemma a couple days ago. She felt like the jeans shortened her when wearing flats. I experimented with her cuff and found having a thicker cuff (about 1.5-2 inches) really made the difference. We cuffed them to hit just above the ankle. She also loves to have them hemmed so she can wear them without a cuff. That style looks best with either an exposed foot, for example with a strappy sandal or a pump.
