There is just something about hot summer nights, ice cold beverages and smooth jazz music that go so well together. As we turn the pages of our calendars to June we are welcomed with a plethora of jazz related events that will be occurring around DC. Just one of the reasons why we love June so much! There are hundreds of performances going on all around the DC area but our favorite of the bunch are the events that occur at The Hamilton Live June 10-16th. So if you are in need of letting loose and dancing the night away, then DC Jazz Fest is just the thing for you.
We highly recommend checking out the full schedule of events to see exactly what suits your fancy but there are over 200 live performances that take place across 80-plus venues in DC. Take your pick because there are more musicians than you could ever imagine, from up and coming jazz musicians to Grammy Winning artists and everything in between. So if you have a love affair with jazz music and live in the DC area, then DC Jazz Fest is something you can’t miss.
Now that you have your concerts all lined up for the month, you will have to find something fabulous to wear.
