Age aint nothin’ but a number! That’s Ann Willis’ motto. This southern belle lets nothing stand in her way when it comes to her closet. It can be hard sometimes to find age-appropriate items–as we get older and wiser, we need to adjust what we wear. That doesn’t mean dress older, or “boring,” it just means finding things that accent our best features without running the risk of over-exposure. Ann put together a Day look and a Night look with all things Kiskadee. Here, she chose a purple David Cline top, Up! pants, Johnson & Murphy shoes and a Chan Luu necklace. Breezy, light and comfortable.
For night, Ann swapped the David Cline for this beautiful leather Bailey 44 top. By choosing a material like leather, she adds edge to her outfit while looking fun and age-appropriate.
A word to the wise—always trust your instincts. If you feel like it’s too short, it probably is. But what’s most important is feeling 100% confident and happy with anything you wear. Dress for your age, but have fun while doing it!
