what to wear: thanksgiving dinner

Thanksgiving is a huge holiday for my immediate and extended family. It’s a veritable family reunion. For over 25 years, we have gathered at my sister’s house in Richmond to laugh, drink, eat, watch football and catch up. Since I see many of them only once a year, I like to look my best. A new outfit is a must (or as my husband says – an excuse).

Here is a sneak peek at this year’s outfit: Silvery gray silk top, high-waisted black jeans (with 2% spandex for great fit before dinner with enough stretch for after), a gorgeous necklace and drop earrings — all from Coco Blanca. The jeans are tucked into textured leather booties from Shoe Hive for a long, lean look. Can’t wait for turkey day!
