Sarah Eley just moved to Alexandria in April from New England. A shopping enthusiast, she is quickly learning the best spots to shop in Alexandria. We are excited to welcome her as the new manager at Kiskadee–she pretty much rocks! She is also finishing her degree and obtaining her masters at The Corcoran College of Art and Design in DC! See? She rocks!
As the newest member of the Alexandria Stylebook team, Darby introduced her to Bellacara and Allison, Bellacara’s makeup artist, treated her to a quick makeover! That afternoon she was wearing a Hale Bob dress and Belle by Sigerson Morrison boots from Kiskadee, a Chan Luu bracelet from Zoe (not pictured), and earrings and a ring from The Shoe Hive. Next time you’re in Kiskadee, congratulate her on the new job!

Talk about transformation! I met Alison yesterday, hoping to improve the lackluster approach I have with my eye makeup routine. Alison introduced me to Jouer products, enthusiastically teaching me how to modernize my eyes. She’s a wunderkind–with just the right balance of product knowledge and personality. It’s official– Alison is my new “go to” girl at Bella Cara! Confidently, I left the charming boutique armed with concealer, brushes, mascara and shadows. Next on the agenda: foundation and rouge (rouge? my age is showing…). I meant blush….Get thee to BellaCara! And ask for Alison!
