Linda Fairall owns Fabulous Frocks of Alexandria, a bridal boutique that specializes in high-end consignment bridal gowns and new-to-order bridesmaids dresses and bridal accessories. Fabulous Frocks is located on Mount Vernon Avenue in Del Ray but Linda lives in Northeast Old Town with her husband and puppy–a true Alexandrian!
Linda is a big fan of Kiskadee, and shops there often. The dress she is wearing is one of her favorite purchases. She was immediately drawn to the color and shape of the dress. Linda is tall (almost 5’10”) and has enviably long legs, and is conscious of how short dresses can be on her. She told me that while this dress is on the shorter side, its billowy shape makes it appropriate for her frame, and comfortable! A perfect dress for summer, she can just throw it on and dress it up with jewelry. According to Linda, “Kiskadee has such a wide range of styles–from preppy to edgy–I know I can pop in there anytime and find an armful of gorgeous dresses and tops for any occasion or mood–it’s a dangerous place!” Dangerously good.
