Within ten minutes of meeting Brittany Patterson you feel you’ve made your new best friend. She instantly welcomes you–even when you are intruding on her home to take photos–and it is very difficult to do anything more than enjoy her company. And then, every time you run into her subsequently, she will not only recognize you but greet you with a big hug and an even bigger smile.
Born, raised, and bred in Alexandria, she is a true product of the great state of Virginia. If you read Stylebook on a regular basis, you likely recognize her name. Stylebook has partnered with the Patterson Real Estate group on a number of occasions, and among Stylebook members she is famous for having written THE most popular post since we started two years ago.
Britt “officially” joined the family business as a licensed Realtor in 2008 after two years of working the political fundraising field and prides herself on her Alexandria real estate knowledge, alongside her integrity, loyalty, and professionalism as an agent and Vice President for the family business.
Britt lives and breathes everything that is Alexandria. When she is not working you will find her out enjoying the local culinary scene, supporting local stores, enjoying the Old Town Farmers Market, running along the GW Parkway, at one of her many charity events, or on a rare occasion you may catch her at home located in Old Town Alexandria, where she is a proud resident.
Recently certified as an accredited staging professional, Britt is truly devoted to serving the needs of real estate buyers and sellers throughout all of Alexandria. And even more fun? She just got engaged!! Congratulations, Britt! We are all so excited for you!
