2017 Restaurant Week Has Come Again

2017 Restaurant Week Has Come

It can’t just be a coincidence that Alexandria’s Summer Restaurant Week perfectly aligns with times of transition. For some, that transition involves heading back to school; for others, it entails saying, “’Til next year!” to the beach; for most, it means heavy traffic has returned; and for those of us in real estate, it means preparing for a bustling fall in the Alexandria market. Maybe Restaurant Week’s creators (can we talk? I love you guys) decided we needed some fuel before we tackle what’s to come.

2017 Restaurant Week Has Come

Either way, we at The Patterson Group are so excited that Restaurant Week has come again. We kicked it off on Monday with a team lunch at Vola’s, which doubled as a fantastic place to see the eclipse; the Heirloom Tomato Salad and Crispy Fried Chicken Sandwich were hits and still looked pretty, despite the hazy lighting! See where else we’ve gone or are planning to go and hurry to make your reservations before Restaurant Week ends on Sunday!

I went to Sonoma Cellar on Tuesday night with my husband. On Tuesdays, they offer cigar rolling and live music, so we’ll sit outside and I’ll sip rose and eat a Niçoise Salad while he enjoys his cigar.

Susie

I’m heading to the Majestic. That Casarecce Pasta is calling my name. Evening Star has a lot of great options, too.

Maria

Magnolia’s or Brabo!…Magnolia’s and Brabo.

Phyllis

I’m going back to Hummingbird and will be getting a slushie while I’m there.

Joanne

Restaurant Eve, always. The decision is not whether to go there, but what to get when I do!

Tracy

My family loves Red Rocks! From the Burrata Salad to the yummy appetizers to the great pizza, there is something for all of us to get excited about.

Melissa

Susie is forcing me to try Bastille with my husband.*

*Susie’s note: I know she’s going to love it!
