Best of Beauty: Our Best Sellers – Makeup Edition
The question we get asked most regularly (after “What can’t you live without?”) is, “What are your best sellers?” Sometimes we have to take a minute. Haircare, skincare, makeup? There are so many categories. So, today I’m tackling our makeup best sellers. These are our top sellers every month.
Laura Mercier Caviar Sticks
These are our singularly best-selling eyeshadows month after month. The crayon style makes it a user-friendly product. They can be drawn on and blended out with a brush for precision lines or blended in with your finger. The crayons are easily blended together as well so that one shade can be applied to the lid and a second to the crease. Once on, they set and do not crease. Available in sheen or matte, there is a shade for everyone.
Surratt Beauty Lipsliques
These lipsticks feel like a lip balm and wear like a lipstick. They dry down to a stain and are long lasting. The wide array of shades means there is a shade for everyone. Hevyn is a beautiful pinky, brown; Eglantine is the perfect mauve; and Rubis and Oh L’Amour are reds for everyone. Once someone tries this lipstick, they’re sold.

Whether hydrating, perfecting, or pore-minimizing, these primers are the perfect canvas for your foundation. We can’t keep these primers in stock.
Westman Atelier Vital Skin Foundation
This has been our top-selling foundation since the day it arrived. It melts into the skin so that you don’t even look like you have anything on. Your skin just looks glowing and even toned. The fact that the foundation (her entire line actually) is clean is just a bonus. If you haven’t tried this foundation, I really encourage you to come in and test it for yourself.
Blinc Mascara
This mascara has been our best seller since the day I opened the store over 20 years ago. Rather than painting the lashes, it creates a coat that binds to itself and shrink wraps the lashes. No smudging at all! To remove the mascara, apply lots of water and let the water soak into your lashes. As the water soaks in, the mascara begins to expand like a sponge in water and releases the lashes. Simply wipe them away.
Pro tip: use a volumizing mascara like Westman Atelier on top lashes and then use Blinc on bottom lashes so there will be no smudges under your eyes.
The Brow Gal Brow Pencil
Brow pencil on one side and brow brush on the other, this pencil is a perennial favorite. Available in six shades, brow grooming has never been easier. Fill in light or sparse areas with the pencil tip and then brush hairs into place with the brush end. Perfect brows have never been so easy. Did I mention that the pencil tip cover has a built-in sharpener so you never have a dull pencil again?

Liquid or Powder, these highlighters are the number one selling highlighters in store. Available in a shade to complement each skin tone, these highlighters aren’t just best-sellers at Bellacara; they win the Allure Best of Beauty Award year after year.
Westman Atelier Blush Stick
It turns out that stick makeup is huge! People love the ease, portability, and texture of these blushes. Five beautiful shades worn alone or perhaps layered – these blushes look effortlessly gorgeous. I personally own three and am about to add a fourth to my collection. I often wear two blended together for a stay-all-day beautiful color.
