Holiday Wishes Come True at Mystique
We love our designers at Mystique, especially when we are able to show their entire collections at the store. During our trunk shows our customers help us choose inventory for the upcoming holiday season. It is a great collaboration! We have hosted several designers so far, including Mazza and Temple St. Clair. There are still many beautiful pieces in the store, so stop by to see them. Up next in our trunk show series is designer Amáli, who will be with us tomorrow, Saturday, November 5th. We hope you will join us to view this sophisticated and glamorous line – and make your wish list for the holiday season.
Amáli designer Sara Freedenfeld became passionate about making beautifully intricate jewelry while backpacking through South America. During her time in Chile, she learned to combine natural elements with knotted strings in order to make wearable art. While in Venezuela she met an artist who taught her how to link and mold metal. Both of these experiences, plus the South American scenery, inspires her collection today, and can be seen through her use of vibrant textiles, rich texture, and highly reflective, detailed chains.
Each piece is handcrafted in Freedenfeld’s Boston studio and made using the highest quality 18K yellow gold, combined with precious and semi-precious gemstones. The colors in the gemstones she uses include vivid ruby reds, deep forest greens, and everything in between. We also love the intricate details of the gold – her pieces are truly one-of-a-kind.
We believe a true sign of an outstanding company is when they are recognized by their jewelry industry peers, and Amáli was recently selected by a prestigious group of industry leaders as a “Rising Star.” Her styles have graced the pages of fashion magazines and been seen on celebrities such as Tori Spelling and Tyra Banks. We are delighted to have such a coveted designer with us this week.
In addition to Amáli, we will be hosting a JudeFrances trunk show on December 3rd. JudeFrances is known for their signature hoop and charm earrings concept and has evolved into a comprehensive line featuring necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and rings across several collections. If you aren’t familiar with this designer, this is a must-see show. JudeFrances is not only a favorite among our customers, but so very versatile. The pieces are easy to incorporate into everyday life, which is becoming more and more a requirement when buying fine jewelry.
Then, on December 10th, Judith Ripka will be coming to Mystique. I love the mix between classic style and a modern twist that Judith includes in all of her pieces. “It’s about striking the balance between the elegance of a classic woman with the avant-garde air of today’s fashionista,” states Ripka.

It’s hard to believe that Christmas is next month. Not only is now a good time to stop in and see one (or two!) of the many trunk shows we are hosting, it is time to start thinking about your holiday wish lists!
