Valentine’s Day is right around the corner and for some of us this means a date night! Today we’re sharing a few tips to create a classic and romantic style that looks great with shorter or longer hair.
Follow these simple steps to achieve the look:
– Start with damp hair, add a product of your choice and blow dry in small sections with a round brush.
– After blow drying, curl the hair in small sections with a brush and curling wand/iron.
– When curling the hair around your face, try curling away from the face. Alternating the direction can make for a more natural and less “cookie cutter” look.
– Once finished curling, take a couple of hair pins that match your hair color and pin back the front section of your hair from the part to the top of the ear. If you have an off-center part, try pinning the side where there is less hair, letting the side with a majority of the hair flow free.
– Once you have pinned your section back take some of the curls from behind and lay them over top of the pins to hide them. Finish with a light spray.
