In May, we cannot wait to introduce you to our favorite designers. For months, Mystique Jewelers has been planning our biggest event of the year, the 5 Days of Jewels.
May 5th-9th, Mystique will be featuring 5 days of extraordinary trunk shows where our top designers will unveil their newest collections – Lika Behar, Amali and Graziela, The Mazza Company, Alberto Parada and Jude Frances.
The 5 Days of Jewels is for anyone looking to discover new trendsetting masterpieces. And, the timing is perfect for a unique Mother’s Day gift. TUESDAY, MAY 5TH: Lika Behar
Lika Behar was born in the magnificent city of Istanbul. Her collection elegantly reconciles the rich inspiration of ancient jewelry traditions, utilizing only pure and nimble 24 Karat gold. The results are pieces wrought with a sensual and tactile modernism.
WEDNESDAY, MAY 6TH: Amali and Graziela
Amali designer, Sara Freedenfeld, draws inspiration from the natural landscapes and vibrant textiles that colored her travels. Sara set out to create a line of jewelry that delicately unites the natural simplicity of handcrafted artistry with the sophistication and glamour of high fashion.
Graziela grew up in Brazil learning about many of the natural resources the country has to offer. Her backyard was a ‘gemological treasure’. She traveled to many different mining towns throughout Brazil learning about the fascinating history behind every stone that would ultimately be the inspiration for her future creations.
THURSDAY, MAY 7TH: The Mazza Company
Founded in 1864, The Mazza Company is a fifth generation manufacturer of high fashion fine Italian jewelry using hand carved colored gemstones, natural sea shells and pearls crafted in 14kt or 18kt gold.
FRIDAY, MAY 8TH: Alberto Parada
Alberto Parada draws inspiration from the simplistic natural beauty and bounty of his native South America. His work speaks of a quiet boldness in the delicate composition of architectural form, space and color. These elements successfully combine to create a statement piece that can be as bold or as subtle as the owner’s own style reveals.
SATURDAY, MAY 9TH: Jude Frances
Founder Jude Steele uses her unique style and design aesthetic to lead the JudeFrances design team in creating fresh, on trend styles that appeal to a variety of women. Driven by fashion and style, Steele has a knack for staying ahead of trends.
