Melissa: What essentials do you pack in your carry-on for a long flight?
Darby, Kiskadee: Alright, I’ll get straight to it. Here is what I pack:
Lipstick, an instant makeover when you are caught between connecting flights or meeting loved ones at the end of a long trip. A fashion emergency kit, so I’m prepared for a broken zipper or for when I get that lipstick on my white jacket. A scarf, for style and cold flights. A sweater, again for style and cold flights. A bathing suit, my grandfather always carried one whether he was on a flight to Alaska or Anguilla. He said with air travel, you never know where you’ll end up. This way, you’re ready to enjoy wherever your travels may take you! Jack Rogers, for comfort and style when your connecting flight is in the terminal farthest away from where you land. Commando underwear, because you never want to be without a change of underwear if you need it. Extra chargers for my devices, because the one thing worse than being without a change of underwear if you need it is being without a charger if you need it!
