Layering clothing is a must for our area. I wake up every morning and plan my outfits and my outer wear pairings. As much as I love investing in a new heavy coat, I wait…transitional jackets and vests can easily be layered and used effortlessly throughout our early and late fall. Mornings are cool…afternoons warm…transitional jackets can easily be added or removed depending on the temperature. You can simply switch your base layer from a tee, to a blouse, to a sweater. Transitional layering is an art but as easy as paint-by-numbers, and the combinations are endless!
Elevate a basic white tee with a long, elegant, cashmere vest, or black leather vest and a shiny bauble!
And the boots?? Da bomb!
Always a fave, wear your black moto jacket with a feminine top that includes ruffles and tassels for a soft yet edgy look.
Different textures rock! Black leather mixed with jersey knit is a terrific contrast…not to mention cozy accessories!
Olive is the new black! This olive-colored faux suede draped jacket is a perfect neutral and great backdrop for tops that burst with color.
A cream-colored leather blazer adds a touch of class to jeans and would pair just as beautifully with a sheath dress or full skirt.
