Second, if completed correctly, the squat works over 600 muscles. It uses everything from your feet to your shoulders. Yes, it’s true. So learn to squat right. Third, squeeze your glutes (buttocks). They are located on one of the largest muscle groups. When squeezed, organically you will be engaging your core and your legs (inner and outer thigh) too.
Last, cut yourself a break. White jeans are a quintessential unforgiving item of clothing. Wear the undies Alicia recommends, the shoes Elizabeth pairs (no pun) with them, and congratulate yourself for having the confidence to wear them!
