The 5 Pieces To Wear Now & Later for Effortless Transitions

After finishing an exciting October with our Stylist Series it dawned on me that I needed to a) step my own fashion game up and b) clean out my closet and c) invest in some items that would take me many places. (By the way that is one of my favorite sayings, my coworkers joke I am “going so many places!”) I think it’s important for us all to think outside the box and think about how many places we can wear a new piece.

My favorite part of the entire series was watching and hearing the stylists inspire their clients on how they can wear items now and later. Later was a term I hadn’t referenced before. I have strict personal rules that a dress can only be worn in spring and summer and jeans and boots in fall and winter. Boy, was I wrong! I wanted to challenge myself with current items in the store that we could wear now and later. We had a total blast and it turns out most clothes can be done now or later, they just need a touch of a heavier fabric, different accessorizing, or shoes that can take you from fall to winter in a pinch.

Here are my five favorite pieces that you can wear now and later. Let us know how you make your items work!
