what to wear to the taste of scotland

Let’s face it, we all love an excuse to get dressed up. Whether it’s for a work event, holiday party, or a night out on the town with your girls or your guy, dressing up can be really fun. Luckily for us, the holiday season gives us tons of reasons to dress to the nines. This weekend is the Campagna Center’s Scottish Christmas Walk Weekend Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are filled with fun and festive activities.

One of my personal favorites is tomorrow night: the Taste of Scotland. This event is attended by hundreds of guests annually, and features a Scotch-tasting menu, including a variety of Scotches direct from Scotland distilleries, Scottish ale sampling, as well as beer, wine and food.

I am especially looking forward to the special Patrons Hour from 6:30-8:30pm with rare, top-shelf Scotch and passed hors d’oeuvres, and hope to learn a little something afterwards at the Scotch Seminar at 8:30pm.

As far as what to wear? Well, you could always go plaid, but I am leaning a bit more modern glam:

This golden trim with tassels? I am not sure it gets much more festive!

Then again, shimmery is always perfect. Regardless, any of these three dresses is perfect for whatever holiday event you have this season. Festive, funky, and fun!

Whatever you decide to wear, support The Campagna Center this weekend and enjoy the activities!
