An Update on The Seedling Collective
We’re excited to announce that our sister studio, The Seedling Collective, is ready to open back up! But we’ll be a little different than before. Check out how we’re adapting The Studio to the current crisis…
The Seedling Collective was designed with retail pop-ups in mind. We successfully launched The Studio a year ago and before COVID hit, we were eagerly anticipating a full calendar featuring some wonderful creatives and retail concepts. When the shutdown orders came, our pop-ups canceled, and we were left with an empty studio. Sad! But so it goes.
Because of the continued uncertainty around the ongoing pandemic, we will not be accepting reservations for retail pop-ups for the foreseeable future. I am pleased to announce, however, that we have a new series of bundles ready for booking, all geared towards offering a private work space to people who, let’s just say, might need a little escape right about now.
The Studio is bright, clean, and (best of all), private. With its own bathroom and wifi connection, you can work in complete peace right in the center of Old Town. We’re taking precautions to completely sanitize The Studio between bookings, so you can rest assured that you’ll be working in a healthy environment. And, feel free to invite “quarantine pod” members to work with you – there are two large worktables, plenty of chairs, and enough square footage to allow six feet of distance, if you prefer. We’re offering three bundles, so take a look and see if The Studio might fit your needs this summer (sorry, we aren’t allowing bookings shorter than five days).
The Work Week Escape – $500
Need a break from your kitchen-table “home office?” Consider booking a week in a bright, sunny studio. Keep the space all to yourself for a nice respite, or share it with a teammate to make things more fun.
Monday – Friday (five consecutive days)
The Project Deadline Retreat – $800
Perfect if you need a couple of weeks to get some serious work done. You’ll have access to The Studio for essentially two full work-weeks plus a weekend. Highly recommended if you’re studying for a big exam, working on a major deadline, or if you have a gap in childcare for a few weeks.

(12 consecutive days, includes one weekend)
The Kids Don’t Have Camp and I am Going Crazy – $1000
Book The Studio for a whole month! You’ll have total access to the space for four full weeks, giving you a beautiful place to escape the madness anytime you like. This is our best deal for you, breaking down to $38.46 per day.
Monday Week 1 – Friday Week 4 (26 consecutive days)

You can check out our Availability calendar in advance to see if the dates are open (chances are, they are).
