Our homes play such integral roles in our lives. Home is where we begin and end each day, where life long memories are made and a place where we can feel most like ourselves. The home should be a comforting and welcoming place but the bedroom should be a private oasis where we can really escape and let the worries of the day fade away. Everything in the bedroom should make us feel calm, at ease and most importantly at home. The decor plays a huge role in the serenity that we will experience, so putting time and effort into planning a tranquil space is well worth the time and money at the end of the day.
All elements of design are important when putting together the perfect sleeping space, but the bed is top priority. If we are going to splurge on one item in this room, we advise to invest in the bed. We spend just as much time there as we do working. So just like we invest in our wardrobes, we need to make sure we are also giving our beds some love too. Finding a mattress that will ensure a peaceful night’s sleep is key but it doesn’t end there. Adding a quality headboard that will infuse style and character into the room can make a huge difference as well. It’s the easiest way to change the entire look of your room and will instantly elevate the look of the space.
Many people don’t know where to start when looking for a headboard and we agree, it can be a tad intimidating if it is unclear what we are looking for. FIRST: Choose whether you want just the headboard or if you want to add a foot rail for a complete custom bed.
SECOND: Choose the headboard style.
THIRD: Choose the fabric.
FOURTH: Choose the nailhead finish.
FIFTH: Pay 50% deposit upon order placement.
SIXTH: Wait 6-8 weeks for delivery to store.
SEVENTH: Choose delivery option: Local delivery from store to your home for $75, or White Glove Delivery directly from vendor to your home (price to be determined).
