The Sidewalk Sale Starts a Day Early at The Hive & The Shoe Hive

Ladies and ladies! I know I might sound like a used car salesmen (at least that is how I sound in my head!) but the sale deals are still going strong at The Shoe Hive and The Hive. Sidewalk Sale time is here and the prices are hot! Stores in Old Town and Del Ray are participating and let me tell you, this is a shopping event you won’t want to miss.

And at The Shoe Hive and The Hive, the Sidewalk Sale is even better because we start things off a day early. So starting this Friday and running through Sunday, we have our red pens out and the sale merchandise has got to go. We have tons of gorgeous fall merchandise arriving daily so what’s left of spring / summer gets a price reduction and then some. Co-Owner Katie Coslov bought Mint Condition with her sister-in-law Megan Podolsky in August of 2019. Previously Katie was the Director of Operations at The Shoe Hive and had fallen in love with Old Town’s charming little city, where you walk down the street and greet people by their first names. Coming from numerous other big named retailers, and graduating from The University of Arizona with a Retailing and Consumer Sciences Degree, owning her own store had been on her bucket list! Check Check. Katie and her husband Ryan moved to the Alexandria area in 2016 with their two dogs and now have two little ones also.
